PALLET
At Pallet, a Public Benefit Corporation focused on addressing unsheltered homelessness and expanding fair-chance employment opportunities, I served as the in-house graphic designer. My work focused on turning complex ideas into clear, accessible visuals—helping Pallet’s mission connect with a wide range of audiences across both print and digital platforms.
Print
I created a range of print materials, including product catalogs, brochures, case studies, white papers, flyers, one-pagers, RFPs, and instructional manuals. Each piece was designed to make detailed information feel approachable, while maintaining a strong, consistent visual identity aligned with Pallet’s brand values.
To support communication across different teams and audiences, I developed a library of custom icons, infographics, charts, and illustrations. These visual tools helped break down technical information and gave Pallet’s materials a more cohesive, polished look across platforms.
Creating user-friendly product guides meant working directly alongside engineering and product teams. I photographed each stage of the assembly process, asked the right questions to clarify key steps, and translated the technical process into intuitive, step-by-step instructions.
Paid Media

For paid advertising campaigns, I collaborated with our copywriter to design static and animated ads for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. Every piece was crafted to stay true to Pallet’s brand voice while adapting to the tone and style of each platform.
Social Media

Storytelling was a big part of Pallet’s outreach. I partnered with the creative director and copywriter to create social posts, carousels, and stories that shared new product launches, village builds, event announcements, and personal stories from Pallet’s fair-chance employment community—including the development of the "Why Pallet" series.
Newsletters

Through Pardot, I designed and built a range of email communications—from monthly newsletters to webinar and event invitations—helping the marketing and sales teams stay connected to audiences with clean, accessible layouts and messaging.
For the California Roadshow, a multi-week event series, I developed RSVP and reminder email workflows, crafted social media updates, and helped document the journey in a way that felt consistent with Pallet’s broader mission and tone.
Event Displays

At trade shows and major events, I designed large-format banners, booth displays, and signage that helped Pallet stand out—creating spaces that were visually inviting while staying grounded in the company’s core mission
